We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and Paypal. Your account will not be charged until you have completed the checkout process. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. We are not responsible for typographical errors. All prices will be stated in Canadian or American Dollars
If you wish to place an order over the phone, you may leave your name and telephone number at our hello@purplethistles.com email address and someone will call you within 24 hours.

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM PROMOTIONAL UPDATES AND COMMUNICATIONS
Where permitted in our legitimate interest or with your prior consent where required by law, we will use your personal information for marketing analysis and to provide you with promotional update communications by email about our products.
You can object to marketing at any time by checking and updating your contact details within your account or selecting the “unsubscribe” link at the end of all our marketing and promotional update communications to you.
We honour every request to unsubscribe from receipt of promotional emails within ten (10) days of receiving the request.
WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
This can be categorized in two different groups: 1. Non-payment information (i.e. Name, E-mail, Address etc.), and 2. Payment information (i.e. Pay Pal details, credit card numbers, CVV code and expiry date).
1. By default, the following information is stored in our secure website:
• What products a customer ordered and when,
• Name, e-mail address, and phone number provided by the customer,
• Billing (and optionally: shipping) address entered by the customer, and
• A note about payment method used by the customer
1. Our website does not retain your credit card information. All information that is related to credit cards, PayPal or any other method of payment is handled by our payment gateway providers, i.e. PayPal and Stripe. By design, our customer’s payment information, i.e. credit card number, security code, etc., are never stored on our website. The payment gateway gives this sensitive information directly to the payment processor.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. All information input by you and transmitted to our site when you place an order or provide information is protected by password and by an encryption using Transport Layer Security (“TLS”). TLS encrypts your order and information before it is transmitted to us to avoid the decoding of your information by anyone other than us.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item you will be notified. We will inspect it and once we do, notify you of your request for a refund status. If your return is approved for a refund we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If your return is not approved for a refund we will inform you with the reason why.
When you receive your refund will depend on the policies of your card holder or the policies of your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.

How long we retain your data
