We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not we want to remedy that. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once we receive your item you will be notified. We will inspect it and once we do, notify you of your request for a refund status. If your return is approved for a refund we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If your return is not approved for a refund we will inform you with the reason why. 

When you receive your refund will depend on the policies of your card holder or the policies of your original method of payment. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
